Start with a decision

Write the idea in one sentence: a specific customer has a specific problem, and you believe a specific offer can create a useful result. Mark every part that is still an assumption.

Find the assumption that can break it

Ask what must be true before the idea deserves a larger investment. Early tests should focus on behavior, including a qualified conversation, a pilot request, a reservation, or a payment.

Design the smallest credible test

Choose one narrow buyer group, one message, one channel, and one ask. Set a threshold before the test begins so the result can lead to a clear decision.

Capture the response in context

Keep the source, wording, objection, date, and next action. Customer evidence becomes useful when another person can trace where it came from and what happened next.

Choose the next move

Continue when the signal reaches your threshold. Revise the customer, problem, offer, or channel when the response points to a specific weakness. Pause when the evidence stays weak after a fair test.
